Each page of a document counts as one page. A 5-page PDF uses 5 pages from your quota. Single images (PNG, JPG, TIFF, WEBP) count as 1 page.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be billed a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
You can purchase additional credit packs from the Billing page in your dashboard. Credits never expire and are applied automatically when your monthly quota runs out.
